Thank you for this. I needed all the energy I could get, let me tell you, and appreciated this very much. I am still a little off, even these weeks later, but nearly back to normal. It really is a hell of illness.
Thank you for this concern, it's very kind. I'm finding that you are right - for weeks I just felt lousy, but even once I started to feel 'fine', I'd suddenly feet quite wiped out again. Doing my best to take it easy and take care. I take it you've been through this yourself?
I've managed to avoid covid, but I already had ME/CFS, and our community immediately knew, from experience, that long covid is just ME/CFS with a trenchcoat on, and we kept a really good eye on news related to it. We know that over-exerting yourself will make things worse consistently. And people can think they are fine and still get significantly worse.
I highly recommended reading resources from the me/CFS community about what exertion is, because it's so much more than physical things.
Sending love and Reiki light to you. Seeing you healed and whole. 💞

Please be careful in your recovery and keep resting even when you think you're well. Long covid is no joke.
